We do not provide services to any individual or business using a Texas-based phone number, regardless of actual location or residence. Any submission containing a Texas area code will be blocked and deleted automatically.

2. Your Responsibilities
By accessing or using our services, you agree to:

-Refrain from using a Texas-based telephone number
-Use the services only for lawful purposes
-Not interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks
-Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials
-Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. Payments
When making a purchase or booking a service, you agree to:
-Provide valid and authorized payment information
-Pay all applicable fees and taxes
-Acknowledge that payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise
-Not dispute completed transactions without cause
4. Communications, SMS, Phone, and AI Disclosure
By submitting your contact information to us, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages, phone calls, and emails, including those sent via autodialed or prerecorded systems, related to services, inquiries, scheduling, or promotional updates.
AI-Powered Interactions
You understand that some communications may be handled in whole or in part by artificial intelligence systems. You may request human assistance, but human agents are not always available. If a human is unavailable during your interaction, we will make reasonable efforts to follow up when possible.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on engagement but remains within 5 messages per week unless otherwise requested.

Carrier message and data rates may apply. We are not liable for charges incurred on your mobile line.

5. Texas Telephone Solicitation Restriction
To comply with the Texas Business and Commerce Code (including §302.101), we do not solicit or accept calls, texts, or form submissions associated with Texas-based numbers.
Compliance Measures Include:
-Blocking inbound and outbound communications with listed Texas area codes
-Suppressing related form submissions during intake
-Avoiding the need to file Form 3401 or appoint an in-state registered agent
Service may be suspended or terminated without refund if this restriction is bypassed.
6. Privacy
All personal information submitted to our platform is managed according to our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or rent your mobile number or email address to any third party for marketing purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, original materials, branding, text, graphics, and layouts made available by the Company are the property of Sales Bridge Partners, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or republish any part without prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
-Abuse, exploit, or harm others
-Introduce malware, scraping bots, or viruses
-Share deceptive, obscene, misleading, or unlawful messages
-Circumvent geographical or legal restrictions, including the Texas number ban
9. Disclaimers
We provide services on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee regarding uptime, message delivery, or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any:
-Indirect or incidental damages
-Loss of profits, revenue, or data
-Any claims exceeding the fees paid in the last 90 days related to the specific service
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sales Bridge Partners, LLC, its management, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of your misuse of the services, your breach of these Terms, or violations of law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service access at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create liability, or violate telephone solicitation compliance. Refunds are not granted for terminated accounts.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nevada state or federal courts for resolution of any disputes arising from your use of the services.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Any changes take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
